Troubleshooting Self-Heal Issues

The proactive solution is added in offline database and online portal. Yet the usage data is not reflected in dashboard.

The number of proactive solutions on online and offline database should exactly be same.
Change the date range at top right corner to include the date you are expecting data.
Check the connectivity from endpoint to server.

While doing any super-admin operations getting below error

This error comes when session is timed out. Open a new tab or close the browser window. Login to Dashboard again and this error should be resolved.
